What you’ll learn

  • 6-meter extendable mast for 360° visibility
  • Plug-and-play setup for ultra-fast deployment
  • Anti-vandal steel construction with lockable access
  • CE-certified winch mechanism and galvanized frame for high-stress environments
  • Full compatibility with PTZ, thermal, and AI-driven camera systems

The Challenge

Wilson James required a surveillance solution that could be deployed rapidly, meet high safety standards, and support integration with advanced monitoring systems. After evaluating multiple suppliers, they selected TelescopicMast for its proven track record, CE-certified equipment, and unique capability to deliver fully assembled, durable units at scale. Crucially, TelescopicMast was the only partner that could meet the demanding one-week timeline without compromising on reliability or performance.

Large Event Scale

Hydraulic telescopic system extends from 6m to 30m depending on model. Precision-engineered segments ensure smooth, safe deployment in under 15 minutes.

Security Risk

High-profile international event demanded zero-tolerance for security gaps, requiring complete perimeter coverage at all times.

Time Pressure

Strict tournament schedule required full setup and testing of all units within 48 hours of each venue handover.

Rapid Coverage

Fan zones and outer perimeters changed daily, requiring a system that could be redeployed within hours without specialist crews.

Common questions about Mobile Tower Platforms

Height, power, certification, what you can mount on the platform and how it is deployed.

The platform is ours, the technology stays yours. TelescopicMast builds the mast, the cabinet and the mounting points, and nothing else. No cameras, no analytics licence, no monitoring contract, no logo on your equipment, so the integrator keeps the brand choice, the control room and the customer.

All Platforms are ANSI, CE certified via TÜV Rheinland, a 6 m mast certified to 85 km/h, 10+ years of service life, and roughly 15 to 20 percent below a pre-built tower.

Under 15 minutes, by one engineer. Position the unit, extend the four feet, level it on the integrated spirit level and wind the mast up on the CE certified winch with its double brake system. No foundation, no grid connection, no crane and no specialist crew. What those 15 minutes do not cover is commissioning whatever you have chosen to put on the mast, so configure the cameras and the router in your own yard and the site visit really is a quarter of an hour.

Mains power where the site already has it, and three off-grid routes where it does not: batteries, solar, and hydrogen or methanol fuel cells. The MSB-Edge carries 660 W of solar on three 220 W panels, and fuel cells cover the dark months when solar alone will not. Sizing it is arithmetic rather than opinion: the load of your equipment, the hours you need it running, and the worst month of the year. The power equipment itself comes from Technology Partners such as SFC Energy and is specified to your requirement, not supplied inside the platform.

That is the point of the platform. The mast top is brand neutral, carries up to 60 kg of payload and has pre drilled mounting points, so fixed, PTZ and thermal cameras go on the same head without welding or improvised brackets on site. ONVIF cameras and the VMS you already run will work, and the analytics stay with the partner you already trust. Technology Partners including Axis, Scylla and Milestone supply what goes on top; the mast, the cable route, the IP66 patch box and the mounting points are what the platform brings.

Yes. The platform reaches the market through security installers and integrators, rental companies, manned guarding firms and regional distributors, and there are now 430 or more partners across 25 or more countries. Because the platform ships without electronics, the margin on cameras, installation, commissioning, monitoring and service visits stays with the partner rather than with the manufacturer. Towers typically stay on a site for six months to three years, which is what turns a single sale into recurring revenue. Tell us which markets and which sectors you cover and the fit can be worked out from there.

Our systems are rated IP65, engineered for temperatures from -30°C to +60°C, and tested to withstand wind speeds up to 85 km/h. They are deployed in deserts, offshore platforms, arctic regions, and high-humidity coastal environments worldwide.
