Most Site Theft Happens Between Friday Evening and Monday Morning

Sixty hours with nobody on the ground. Plant, hand tools, cable drums, copper and fuel all leave in that window, and the excavator that goes missing on Saturday is not just a replacement cost. It is a week of programme, a claim, and an insurer asking what surveillance was in place.

The difficulty is timing. Risk is highest in the first weeks, when there is no power on site, no fibre, no hoarding worth the name and no permanent camera position to build from. By the time fixed infrastructure could be installed, the compound has already moved.

Six Metres Over the Hoarding

A three part galvanised mast to six metres with an automatic safety stop at full extension, and 60 kg of payload at the top. The MSB-Premium XL adds three metres on a five part mast where the site needs to be seen over stacked material.

A construction site is not a car park. Four extendable stabilisers, a chassis level and four stainless steel 316 guy cables hold the mast plumb on fill, hardcore and temporary surfacing.

The site telehandler is already there. Forklift slots on four sides and lifting eyes mean the platform moves position in minutes, and the TMT trailers tow it between sites behind a vehicle.
