The TMT-2500 is the twin axle trailer built to move two Mobile Tower Platforms in a single run: 1800 kg of load capacity on a 250 by 125 cm bed, forks that adjust to the slots of the platform, and an electric hydraulic lift that sets a unit on the ground without a forklift or a crane. A CCTV trailer that keeps the fleet moving between sites instead of waiting on transport.

Built to move platforms, not to stand on site

Two platforms in one run

A 250 by 125 cm bed takes two platforms instead of one, so a rollout across four sites becomes two journeys rather than four. Gross permissible weight is 2500 kg, of which 1800 kg is payload.

Electric hydraulic lift

The bed lowers and lifts on an electric hydraulic system, with forks that slide to the width of the platform. No forklift on site, no crane booked, no second pair of hands waiting in the van.

Twin braked axles, low load bed

Two braked axles rated at 2500 kg, shock absorbers and 155/70R12 wheels. The load sits low, which keeps the combination settled on rough ground and in narrow inner city streets.

Galvanised and certified

A solidly welded, hot dip galvanised chassis with tie hooks and rails fitted as standard. CE and ISO 9001 certified, built in house in the Netherlands alongside the platforms it carries.

What the TMT-2500 carries

The trailer is transport, not a mounting point. Platforms are lifted off and set down on the ground, so nothing stays on wheels once the site is live.

Choose your loading method

One operator, no forklift needed

Set the forks to the slots of the platform, lower the bed on the electric hydraulic system and drive out from under the load. The same movement in reverse puts the unit back on the trailer at the end of the hire.

Load capacity is 1800 kg on a loading space of 250 by 125 cm, which takes two Mobile Tower Platforms in one run. Gross permissible weight is 2500 kg and the trailer itself weighs 650 kg. Check the combined weight of the platforms and the equipment fitted to them before loading.

No. The electric hydraulic lift lowers the bed and the adjustable forks slide to the slots of the platform, so one operator loads and unloads without a forklift, a crane or a flatbed truck. Where a yard forklift is standing anyway, loading from the side works too.

Overall size is 425.7 by 191.8 by 118.3 cm, with a loading space of 250 by 125 cm. Wheels are 155/70R12 and the load sits low, which keeps the combination settled on rough ground and in narrow streets.

CE and ISO 9001 certified. The chassis is solidly welded and hot dip galvanised, with a heavy support wheel, shock absorbers, wheel chocks, tie hooks and rails fitted as standard.

Every platform in the range fits the bed, from the MSB-Compact through to the MSB-Premium XL, within the 1800 kg limit. Stock is held in the warehouse in the Netherlands, which keeps delivery inside Europe short. Outside Europe, count on eight to ten weeks.
