The People Who Pick Up the Phone

Frank Aben and Henk de Haan started TelescopicMast in Den Bosch in 2017. Frank came out of steel construction and engineering, Henk out of twenty years of international sales. The first platform got built because a customer asked for something that did not exist yet, not because a product plan said it should.\r\n\r\nThe team around them is still small enough that whoever answers your email has probably welded, specified or shipped the thing you are asking about. Engineering, production, sales and support sit in one building in Den Bosch. Nobody gets routed through three departments to find out whether a bracket fits.\r\n\r\nThat scale shows up in the steel. Six design principles came out of listening to installers rather than from a brief: one person should be able to deploy it, nothing should need climbing, it should stand still in wind, it should survive a Saturday night, twenty should fit on one truck, and it should outlast the project it was bought for.

Active in 25 countries

The platforms leave Den Bosch and turn up on construction sites, solar parks, police deployments and logistics yards in more than 25 countries. The team that built them is still in one building, and still answers the phone.
