The TMT-1300 is the single axle CCTV trailer that puts it back on the road behind a normal van: 1,985 lbs of load capacity on a 49 by 49 in bed, a manual hydraulic tilt so no forklift or crane is needed at the far end, and a hot dip galvanised chassis rated at 2,865 lbs permissible weight. The bed tilts on a manual hydraulic mechanism, so the platform is winched on and off at ground level. Adjustable forks are set to the width of your cabinet and take the load through its own forklift slots.

The manual hydraulic mechanism lowers the bed to ground level. Set the adjustable forks to the width of the cabinet, pull the platform on over its own forklift slots, lash it down on the hooks and rails and put the chocks in place.

Maximum permissible weight is 2,865 lbs. Own weight is 825 lbs, which leaves 1,985 lbs of load capacity on a loading space of 49 by 49 in. That covers a single Mobile Tower Platform with the batteries, fuel cells and electronics already fitted inside the cabinet.

No. At 2,865 lbs permissible weight the trailer stays inside a category B licence for the usual van and trailer combination, so the engineer who installs the platform can also tow it.

The bed tilts on a manual hydraulic mechanism down to ground level. Set the adjustable forks to the width of your cabinet, pull the platform on over its own forklift slots, lash it to the tie hooks and rails and place the wheel chocks. Where a forklift is already on site, the platform can go straight onto the bed instead.

Any single platform inside 49 by 49 in and under 1,985 lbs. In practice that is the MSB-Compact at 24 by 31 in and 420 lbs, the MSB-Edge at 44 by 44 in and 880 lbs, and the MSB6-Basic Plus and MSB6-Premium at 39 by 39 in and 915 lbs. A heavy support wheel, shock absorbers, wheel chocks, adjustable forks, tie hooks and lashing rails, all on a solidly welded and hot dip galvanised chassis. Wheel size is 155/70R12 and the trailer measures 114 by 77 in overall.
