A site that needs eyes on it tomorrow morning, and nothing in the yard but a van and a towbar. The MSB-Roadbox is the MSB-Compact left standing on its TMT-750 minitrailer: hitch up, drive out, extend the four stabilisers and wind the mast to 15 ft. A rapid deployment CCTV tower that one engineer tows in and sets up without a forklift, a crane or a flatbed.

Hitch up and go

The cabinet stays pinned to the trailer, so the unit that leaves the depot is the unit that starts watching. Total weight is 805 lbs on a trailer rated at 1,650 lbs, which keeps the whole thing inside a category B licence.

15 ft of sight line

A three part galvanised mast of 3.1/2.4/1.6 in with an automatic safety stop, raised by a manual CE approved winch. The four spoke mast top takes cameras or a floodlight up to an advised 130 lbs.

Steady picture, fewer false alarms

Four extendable stabilisers and a spirit level on the chassis put the mast up straight. Four tensioned RVS 316 stainless cables with hydraulically pressed clamps damp the movement that triggers false alarms.

Locked down and ready to brand

Fully galvanised steel, a lockable cabinet with a cylinder lock and preparation for a second lock, vandal resistant cable conduit and roof climb protection. Four flat sides carry your logo or your message.

Behind a van, on its own wheels

Hitch the TMT-750 to the towbar and drive out. Off road wheels, a braked axle and an automatically tilting jockey wheel handle the ground. On arrival the four stabilisers come out and the manual winch does the rest, without a forklift, a crane or a flatbed.

Groundworks start with a gate, a material store and no infrastructure. Towed in behind a van, the MSB-Roadbox stands straight and watching within the hour, and it moves again as the site plan changes.

Common questions about the MSB-Roadbox

Towing, mast height, taking the cabinet off and certification. What installers and rental fleets ask before specifying the Roadbox.

The MSB-Compact cabinet pinned to a TMT-750 minitrailer, delivered as one unit. Same 24 by 31 in cabinet and the same three part mast, with the trailer bed adding height: 15 ft in total with the mast extended.

No. Total weight is 805 lbs and the trailer is rated at 1,650 lbs permissible, so a towbar and a category B licence are enough. The braked Knott axle, the overrun brake and off road wheels handle unmade ground once you are on site.

130 lbs is the advised load on the four spoke mast top, raised by a manual CE approved winch rated at 1,210 lbs. Double cabling runs inside the three part mast of 3.1/2.4/1.6 in and an automatic safety stop limits the travel.

Yes. Four locking pins hold the cabinet down. Pull them and the forklift slots and lifting eyes take the MSB-Compact off at 420 lbs, which leaves the trailer free for the next run.

The MSB-Roadbox is CE certified by TUV Rheinland, produced under an ISO 9001 quality management system, and ANSI certified for deployments outside Europe. The manual winch is CE approved at 1,210 lbs.

Yes. The platform stays brand neutral, so ONVIF cameras and your own VMS both fit and integration runs through Technology Partners. All four sides take your logo or your message, which keeps the unit visible while it stands on site.

Stock is held in the warehouse in the Netherlands, which keeps delivery inside Europe short. Outside Europe, count on eight to ten weeks.
