endet. Von Oktober bis M\u00e4rz ist der nutzbare Teil eines europ\u00e4ischen Arbeitstags lange vor Schichtende vorbei, und die HSE-Leitlinien zur Baustellenbeleuchtung sind deutlich: Wo nat\u00fcrliches Licht nicht ausreicht, muss eine geeignete und ausreichende k\u00fcnstliche Beleuchtung bereitgestellt werden \u2013 plus Notbeleuchtung \u00fcberall dort, wo ein Ausfall der Hauptbeleuchtung Menschen gef\u00e4hrden w\u00fcrde. Das Licht muss da sein \u2013 und es muss anbleiben.  <\/p>\n<p>Die Standardantwort kommt mit einem Motor, der unten drunter angeschraubt ist. Motorstunden f\u00fcr Wartung, ein Tank, der am Sonntag gef\u00fcllt werden muss, Abgase auf Kopfh\u00f6he \u2013 und das lauteste Objekt auf einem Gel\u00e4nde, das zunehmend Nachbarn, Auflagen und eine Emissionspolitik mit sich bringt. Au\u00dferdem ist es das, was sich am leichtesten vom Gel\u00e4nde wegziehen l\u00e4sst \u2013 weshalb Lichtmasten und der Kraftstoff darin immer wieder verschwinden.  <\/p>\n<p>Dann ist da noch das Licht selbst. Die Institution of Lighting Professionals legt Grenzwerte f\u00fcr die vertikale Beleuchtungsst\u00e4rke an Nachbarfenstern nach Umweltzone fest: 5 Lux vor der Sperrstunde und 1 Lux danach in einer l\u00e4ndlichen E2-Zone, 2 Lux in einer nat\u00fcrlichen E1-Zone \u2013 wobei die Sperrstunde meist irgendwo zwischen 21:00 und 23:00 beginnt. Eine Leuchte, die aus der H\u00f6he nach unten gerichtet ist, streut weniger seitlich als eine, die aus drei Metern H\u00f6he quer ausgerichtet wird.
